WPX Hosting states clear monthly bandwidth and disk space limitations; this is for the benefit of other users and to maintain network stability for all WPX Hosting users.
When a user exceeds their bandwidth limits however, their service will be at risk of suspension.
While many hosting providers will simply disable their user’s account for exceeding their bandwidth limits without question, WPX Hosting prefers to reach out to our users to understand the cause of this breach.
We trust our users and want to maintain a cooperative relationship with all of you. Therefore, we will not simply cut off your hosting service but we will get in touch with you to resolve your exceeded bandwidth limits.
Users who continue to exceed their limitations will be hearing from our Support Team and will be asked to review their website’s bandwidth consumption.
This may be done either through plugin configuration, caching, compression, enabling a CDN, or reducing resource-intensive content. Our Support Team will advise on the best procedure to avoid having to suspend your hosting service.
