Here is a simple, step-by-step guide to add database users from your WPX Hosting account.
After logging in, go to My Services → WordPress Hosting (1) and select Manage All Sites in this account (2), as shown in the screenshot below;
On the left-hand side of your WPX admin panel, select the Databases (3) tab. In this menu, you will see two new buttons next to your database names;
The orange button will List Current Database Users (4) for the selected database, and the green button will Add Database Users (5).
When you click on the green button Add Database Users (6), a pop-up menu will appear.
The password for the Database user can be one of your choosing or automatically generated.
If you wish your password to be automatically generated, press the blue button Generate Password.
Do not forget to copy your password (you can use the buttonCopy Password for that).
Once you’re ready, select the Add New User button (7)
When you select the orange List Database Users button (8), the following menu will appear;
In this menu, you can view details (9) for all the users with access to the chosen database.
That’s how you use the updated Database menu!
