Here is a simple, step-by-step guide to add database users from your WPX Hosting account.
After logging in, go to My Services → WordPressHosting(1) and select Manage All Sites (2), as shown in the screenshot below;
On the left-hand side of your WPX admin panel, select the Databases (3) tab. In this menu, you will see two new buttons next to your database names;
The orange button will List Current Database Users (4) for the selected domain, and the green button will Add Database Users (5).
When you click on the green Add Database Users (6) button, a pop-up menu will appear. Here, you can either set your own password or generate a random password. Once you’re ready, select the Add New User button (7);
Whether you set a random password or create your own, a confirmation email will be sent to the address associated with your WPX account with all the details you need.
You can also add another email which will receive the details for the new database user.
When you select the orange List Database Users button (8), the following menu will appear;
In this menu, you can view details (9) for all the users with access to the chosen database.
That’s how you use the updated Database menu!
